Description:
This training will introduce the definition of positive guidance and what it looks like in early childhood classrooms. Participants will discuss what positive guidance means, watch videos of the different strategies being used in the classroom, and discuss ways to use the strategies in their daily work with children. Participants will also learn how the classroom environment impacts children’s behavior.
