OUR PHILOSOPHY

Learning is natural

Adults learn best from high quality training that is responsive to their unique needs and experiences. We strive to meet these unique needs by providing training opportunities which allow our learners to ask questions, discuss ideas and experiences with knowledgeable others, and apply what is learned to their work setting. We strive to assist early childhood professionals with acquiring foundational teaching skills through practice, coaching, and applying concepts to their work settings.
